TERMS OF SERVICE
Digital Artist || Commission: OPEN
GENERAL
✦ I will work on each (1) slot for 2-6 weeks, depending on how difficult the art piece is.✦ There will be extra charges for rushed commission.✦ Commissioner must provide a reference photo on how the character’s design should turn out. You can send it through email or dm.✦ I will email or dm the sketches for consultation.✦ Not open for commercial use yet.
PAYMENT
✦ Paypal only✦ Commissioner must pay first before I start sketching. (I will wait 24 hours once the commission is approved)✦ I will give an extra charge if there are revisions after finishing the commission.✦ Paypal chargebacks are NOT allowed, if there are problems, please get in touch with me immediately.
REFUNDING
✦ If you wish to cancel the commission, I will give you a 50% refund if I haven’t started coloring the piece yet.✦ I will NOT refund if I am nearly finished or have already completed the piece.
DELIVERY
✦ I will notify you once I have started the commission.✦ While working on the commission, I will send my work-in-progress for you to review. In that way, it will turn out the way you prefer.✦ You will receive a PNG file with 300dpi✦ I will send the finished product through email
COPYRIGHT
✦ I, the artist, can use the produced artwork to promote myself✦ I can post the commissioned work wherever I want, please let me know if you don’t want me to post it in public
The buyer is ALLOWED to:
✦ Use the artwork for PERSONAL USE ONLY✦ Claim the character(s) design but NOT the artwork itself✦ Post in anywhere but don’t forget to credit me.✦ Can print the artwork for themselves ONLY, do not resell or reproduce the artwork unless agreed as a commercial piece.
The buyer CANNOT:
✦ Post the commissioned artwork commercially or use the artwork to make money out of it.✦ Remove my watermark or signature✦ Claim the artwork as their own

✦ Light Gore
✦ Mild NSFW(will depend on the level that I am comfortable in drawing it)
✘ I will NOT Draw:
✦ Hardcore Gore
✦ Mecha
✦ Anything that is offensive and goes against morals(I will not draw it if I am uncomfortable with the theme)
